Despite it being a running joke in Blizzard games that there is no cow level, it turns out there is a secret cow level in Diablo 2: Resurrected.

I wish I knew the design philosophy behind this code, seems like a bad design in my opinion, given that the Diablo 2 end-game is all repeat farming of specific zones/bosses. It can either drop you right in the middle of some angry cows or in a secluded corner. You must have beaten Baal on the difficulty you want to make the portal for though.

The Secret Cow Level, also known as the Moo Moo Farm, can be found in Diablo II (with or without the expansion Diablo II: Lord of Destruction ). This was obviously due to density and drops being so good it was just the most efficient way to play.
